    Hi !
    I need help.

I have this Omega Speedmaster Professional 105.012 65 cal 321 with original steelband No13 steelinox swissmade 4 66 1506. It is used, it's in good shape and it works. There is engraving in the back "H Kurronen 50". Obviously it's 50th anniversary gift. Located in Finland. I have no papers or box.

I'm selling it and I would like to know the value... Can anybody help me ?

    Thank you.

If you are selling it, right now the very best way to achieve the highest price is Ebay.
Of that there is no doubt.
All the offers you have already received, and those you will, would be eclipsed by an ebay, no reserve, $.99 start auction.

Also when the dealers offer you $1500, $2500, $3000 etc to end the eBay auction early, tell them to sod off. You literally can't list a 321 anymore without the sharks smelling blood.

I would put "Dealers" in parentheses.
With some notable exceptions, It seems everyone with an internet connection and a camera thinks they can be a dealer.
Those who are proper dealers know who they are and wont be offended. anyone who is, is exactly who I am aiming the comment at.

A clocksmith just told me, that the buttons don't work properly and it needs oiling, so I will have it serviced tomorrow and it will most likely cost me 1000e. I guess it takes couple of weeks until I get it back from the service. I will keep you updated.

Maybe they will polish, replace dial hands and bezel. Make it look new....

    Seriously, sell as is.

So maybe I won't have it serviced then. It runs, but like I said, the buttons don't work properly and it needs oil. Thank you all for your help !

Sell it as-is. To service/ repair it before the sale will give you a lower net.

Sell it with a proper description, and let the buyer service/ fix it. The buyer will have better opportunities to have the job done than what you have. Guaranteed

Don't forget, though, that there is well-known risks involved also for you as a seller on eBay! Especially this goes for high value items like this. Yes, most likely the highest price is achieved this way, but also the greatest risk lies here, to be blown

Well why don't you tell us what you think? ;)

Price chart on www.speedmaster101.com followed by eBay completed sales and a glance through the web.

Then we can tell you if we agree with your thinking.

What have the offers been so far?

After all, you don't expect us to do all the work and then buy it do you?

I will have to think about this. The best offer so far is 7500USD. I will take better pictures tomorrow and update the situation then... To be continued.

very good, no need to rush it. The more info and pics you can get the better.

And don't ask anymore questions on the forum, ppl will start getting snippy
