Looks like it needs a service, so factor that into the cost. I see some debris on plates, and evidence that the rotor bearing might be shot - wear on the inside of the inner cover. Also, once the case back has been removed, the case back gasket must be replaced to ensure proper water resistance - those hard plastic gaskets are a one time use item.

    Cheers, Al

Archer, it is right that tachymetre bezel, bracelet links, crown, hands, and chronometer buttons of this watch are 18K SOLID gold?
And I am worry about the bracelet, because I see other form of bracelet in photo attach below.
So, which bracelet is original for this watch?
Thanks You for Your help, Sir!

These pushers and crown are gold plated but the tachy ring is 18k. Interesting that it is a cal 1150 and not an 1151...
The bezel itself goes for $1700.

Calibre 1150 is correct for this watch; reference DA 375.0054 (PIC 3321.80). In addition to Archer's comments, the hands on these models oxidize quite easily, so factor a hand replacement in as well if its getting serviced, they aren't that expensive. I think the bracelet is right for this model, but not 100% certain of that. As for value, that's a tough call. I don't own a triple-date, but I have watched prices on them, usually the stainless models with blue dial - a fair price for a good condition stainless model is around $1600, but prices are all over the map on these triple dates, and I've seen a very good stainless complete with box and papers sell a few months ago for $2000 (I stopped bidding at $1750). Gold should fetch more, how much, I suppose you will have to decide. This specific model is not popular or common, so there isn't a lot of historical pricing data readily available online. Good luck, I think its a nice looking watch, a bit overpolished, but nice.

Darren, case back indicates 375.0054, which is what I based my prior post on... what am I missing? (curse you Omega and your horrible reference system!!) and if I read the Maddox info correctly, the only difference between 375.0054, and 375.0074 is the latter was part of a special edition, Italy only.
