Unusual Playing Card Dial 1920s Omega Watch

I saw this on eBay and just that it was really unique and unusual. I have never seen anything like it. Does anyone know anything about this particular watch? Did Omega manufacture this dial or is it an aftermarket dial done by someone with a love of cards?

The Lepine layout shows that its a pocketwatch conversion, whomever did that probably made the dial at the same time.
