My guess would be franken with a fake or refinished dial. The reference number doesn't match with a moonphase and I am pretty sure an "-SC" after the reference number stands for Secondes Centrale or central seconds hand, which is not present in this case. There is actually a pretty good catalogue on Omega's website: https://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega/heritage/vintage/ where you can enter a reference number and find relevant information about most Omega watches.
Is this possible that someone mod the original seamaster to this moonphase. Also saw the 'adjust with 5 positions' - mean chronometer?
The 2577 should have a cal 351. The eBay example is a figment of someone's fertile imagination and is a piece of s**t. Totally franken and looks in pretty foul condition. Mod isn't the word, rather cobbled would be more accurate. The moonphase probably doesn't function. Cheers Desmond
It looks as if a watchmaker put together at least two of these. https://omegaforums.net/threads/the-rarest-omega-moonphase.43960/#post-522046 http://m.ebay.com/itm/172335224800?...vr_id=1269188025631&_mwBanner=1&ul_noapp=truePurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network https://omegaforums.net/threads/seamaster-bumper-moonphase.59328/#post-736984
Looks like someone did indeed mod a few of this. The first watch isn't running but the others were said to run. He was able to do something Omega didn't. There's the calendar adjustment button added at the side of the case, same for all of them:
