Unusual Dynamic (Military?) Dials - Repaint or Originals?

Hi all, earlier last month I came across two unusual Dynamics in a Facebook post. The dials are "military" style, which I had never come across. Can anybody confirm if these ever existed or are redials? It also struck me as odd that one of them had a blue second hand which didn't seem to "fit" the style of the dial. Any info would be appreciated!

On both of them, the “G” in Omega and the “G” in Geneve are different. Also, don’t think Omega ever used “SWISS t<25” to indicate tritium. I thought that was only just Rolex. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Good catch...I had missed the issue with the font. You make a good point about the “SWISS t<25” as this is the first I've seen it on an Omega.
