I'm a novice to this forum. I was wondering whether you could please help me out re my watch model. I know it has a 30t2 movement and is jumbo sized. Please let me know what model it is and what the value approx would be. Much appreciated for all your help.

 

Model number is clearly on the caseback... did you check that?

First time I have seen a ref 2505 with a center-second dial. Rare, or franken?

Odd that one can see the stem by looking through the crystal around the edge of the dial. Quite a large gap. Just missing the rehaut, or something worse?

 

I'm voting franken.

 

Good eyes! There's no retention ring in this ref. It's a franken with a smaller dial.

Learning curve, seeing it's a Franken. 500 EUR mistake that'll happen once. Thanks all again, very valuable lessons to be learnt!

 

Just as an aside. Don't know if it's just the lighting, but the balance bridge color is just a bit different than the rest of the movement. And it seems to be lacking something.
