Fellas. You've all been supremely helpful. I'm my saving (liquidation) goal, and am anticipating a purchase soon.

While the Bain watch has been in my radar, another watch has as well, but I've never considered it seriously as it has a Spanish language date wheel.

I just can't shake the fact that it looks nearly NOS. It's serviced. Everything seems right and untouched. Am I crazy? I've bought from this dealer before and had good experiences....

Maybe I misspoke. It just looked to me that there was such minimal wear, particularly to the caseback, and it doesn't seem to have been over-polished. The numbers on the back are more crisp than I'm used to seeing on these.

It looks minimally used, but what do I know. I'm a bozo. This is why I ask 🤡

Agreed this isn’t remotely approaching near NOS. The dial in particular, with the wear in the upper part of the hour counter, would put me off. I haven’t gone back to review the other examples in this thread but Im guessing I would prefer one of those.

I am team Bain here. The smudge of the hour counter would bug me.
