·Fresh to the market and just last Saturday back from a full service is this lovely 1960´s UG Tri Compax 881101/02 known as the Inverse Panda.
The cal 281 is a renowned and fantastic movement and this one has just had a complete service including all gaskets and is running very sweetly indeed with all functions operating correctly.
The case is in very good shape and the reference numbers on the back case are visible ( although blurred in my picture 😟 ) 881101/02 and 2438037. The crown is signed and the original crystal has the U in the middle and is perfect.
The dial is gorgeous and extremely clean with fresh white sub dials and darkened evenly aged plots. The moonphase and day date disks are likewise in vibrant and clean condition. All hands are bright and in excellent shape.
The bezel is a non DON and could be a service replacement. Fitted to a matching Glashutte Original gloss brown alligator strap.
