·Up for sale is my Universal Genève ref. 884.425 Chronograph, released in 2010.
The watch has a steel case, is 37mm w/o crown, has a silver dial with brown/gold indexes, and matching lume on hands and dial. It appears to be unpolished.
The movement is the UG cal. 84 manual movement. The UG cal. 84 is based on the Lemania 1873 architecture, sharing direct lineage with the Omega cal. 861 Moonwatch movement.
Original brown leather strap with signed buckle (gray strap shown in first photo no longer available). Box and Papers included.
Serviced within the past 24 months by Kelly Hunter of artofthewatch.com and running well.
Purchased on OF from @Mark020, the UG subforum's resident historian. His original sales thread: https://omegaforums.net/threads/universal-geneve-884-425-chronograph-b-p-sold.172838/
The photos of the movement and full set were taken by @Mark020 and used with his permission. The movement photo is from before the most recent service.
With UG's much-anticipated relaunch now underway, interest in vintage UG references has never been higher.
I have plenty of feedback on OF: https://omegaforums.net/search/447015/?q=rbob99&t=post&c[child_nodes]=1&c[nodes][0]=10&o=relevance
Price: $2,450 including CONUS shipment. Other locations to be discussed. Located in Portland, Oregon USA. Bank wire or PP F&F preferred.
Happy to answer questions. Thanks for looking.
