Universal Geneve Railrouter 1205-0 Advice?

Been offered this Railrouter 1205-0, would love any advice...
Questions I'm having:
Did they do the Railrouter in gold-cap case?
Is this the right movement? It does look like it has the hacking seconds function.
Caseback looks somewhat correct...crown is not correct I think.

I think the gold cases were an optional "upgrade" for the standard S/S model. They used to crop up on ebay sometimes, I bought a NOS case and crown with signed plexi. However, a word of warning...my original watchback wouldn't fit the gold case so I had to use the NOS casebook which of course doesn't have the movement nos. which identified my watch as a chronometre.
If you do a search on here you should find an article about the various railroad wristwatches which were produced including the UG iterations.
