Universal Geneve pre Polerouter?

    Hello,I just seen this watch,it is the first one that I saw with this dial,I just want to know anyone seen this model before?
    The caliber is 332,hand wounding.

    These clearly take design cues from the Polarouter/Polerouter but I suppose it's not strictly correct to refer to them as 'pre Polerouter' because they are actually later than the Polarouter (and early Polerouters).

    Maybe I get so used to the design of an ordinary Polerouter. I found this weird. Haha. If they don’t put the logo and brand name there I would think it’s sort of a knock-off piece. No offence though

    If you're asking if is a good watch, with a good stainless steel case and a solid movement, i say yes it is.

    If you're asking if this model is on top of collectors preferences, then, no itsn't. Although being from a good period of UG as manufacturer (mid to late 50's, i believe), is not a chronograph, a Polerouter nor, even, a cal 262/263 with a fancy case or special dial.

    Now, if you like it don't let that considerations like "what collectors want" stoping you from have it
