Woops
·Offered for sale is this Polerouter reference 20357 with an irrefutably tropical dial (and hands and lume).
34mm stainless steel case with cal. 215 running inside. The watch reference is visible on the case back but the serial number is missing, forever lost to time. However, these watches were produced by UG for a relatively short period between 1956-9 and this example is correct, bar its unsigned crystal. The domed signed crown is especially nice to see.
The watch runs perfectly and keeps good time. It has not been serviced in my possession. The previous owner told me it was serviced in the last quarter of 2019 and the movement is clean.
I ask £2,500 now £2,200 for this piece. I include both the lightly used bespoke Torres strap (Matteo makes some of the best straps on the street, in my view) and the 14mm UG buckle you see here to help speed this beautiful Polerouter along to its lucky new owner.
Postage to be discussed and face to face in England is always possible. Thank you for looking and to the Omega Forums for giving me the free space to offer this watch.
