UNIVERSAL GENEVE COMPAX 22209

Hi All,

Up for sale a lovely Universal Geneve Compax 22209

Watch is from 1941-42 based on serial number. So produced during WWII, which I presume makes this model rarer than more recent Compax models with round pushers.

SS case with Portuguese import tax stamp hallmark in upper left lug, is in very good condition, diameter is 34 mm without crown.

In my opinion dial, hands, crown and pushers are original to the watch.

Hands are blue steel originally, not repainted, and they are lovely.

The watch was fully serviced last February, so all functions work as they should
