I love the Universal Genève box, buckle, bracelet and strap threads here and thought it might be cool to collate a thread showing some wider UG paraphernalia residing in our collections. All items are welcome but the more obscure or seldom-seen, the better!

I’ll get the ball rolling with a few artefacts.

1942 manual outlining the operation of the new Compax model

Early 1940s branded UG polishing cloth manufactured by the famous Selvyt cloth company of England

1950s UG dealer sign (with champagne patina for closing the sale, naturally)

Mid 1960s original factory photograph capturing the Geneva building’s lobby at that time

A couple of case back-opening knives manufactured approximately two decades apart

Don’t be shy now!

Very nice! I'll take the first two, thank you. 😁

I have the same (older) knife, and really like the interesting design:

This is from a '50s British Watches of Switzerland catalogue/brochure, which included a number of brands:

My two favorite UG ads (originals) from the 1940s, a 1940s compax brochure (including Tri-Compax), and a 1960s brochure that came with my Evil Clapton.

Great idea @Woops !
Heres the start of my contribution with some 1950-60s Parts catalogues, price lists, and technical guides.
Also featured in the 60s UG Catalogues...
(full scans of the catalogues are uploaded to the Polerouter Reference Website):

An original Polerouter advertisement clipped from a late 1950s Italian newspaper.

Note that one could purchase a ref 20360 in stainless steel for 41,000 Lira. If I am doing this right, that was a ticket price equivalent to $66 in 1957 ($638 in today’s money adjusted for inflation) - bargain!

This, from Sala's book. The great mystery.

Did someone say ‘rattrapante’? A page from a 1940s product catalogue offering a host of glorious pocket watch models, including one of those;

A 1960s Universal desk clock with date function too. It certainly lives up to the ‘Precision’ claim and keeps excellent time indeed.

Don't ask me why but I immediately thought about an Alien spine/tail

Cool ad, and interesting use of the Arne Tjomsland teak eskimo😀
