    Hello OF,

I saw this watch on C24, the seller told it is a nos one from a watchmaker of its city, everything is original from him.

Do you think it looks legit ? Someone ever seen this model ?

From the serial number it should be from 1943 to 1945 production.

    Thank you for any help.

Those hands don't seem to match. One leaf hour and one baton minute hand.

    Smells fishy.

Lovely case though. Any movement pics?

Another of the same reference for comparison of the hands:

Already posted this in the UG on ebay thread. I think it is legit (and most likely matching movement). I don't think it is NOS for reasons mentioned above. I acquired the one below some time ago. Also rose gold. Little bit older though. The asking price is a multiple of what I paid....

It's an attractive watch so it is somewhat understandable.

    But several things...

Higher resolution pictures are really necessary to determine whether the dial is original. Even if the seller seems certain it is...

Either the hour or minute hand is definately not correct for the watch.

For a watch that is supposedly NOS and serviced, the regulator is moved all the way to the "slow" position.

Is the short second hand original? Even if it is, it is an affront to my aesthetic sensibilities. :)

Finally, looking at the C24 ad, the seller seems to be trying just a little too hard convincing us that it is the most special thing ever made.. It's a bit of a turn-off for me especially given my reservations about the watch.

Not unheard of to have a leaf and stick hand.

consensus was that this is correct. Mostly seems to be three hand watches. Should have actually said “ not unheard of to have mixed hands…..”

I would guess the minute hand is replaced and also the sub second hand looks quite short.

Rose gold case and yellow figures on the dial?
