·It's a Polerouter Jet made for the US market.
It has all the tell-tale signs of a watch made for US import - US import mark on the movement, Cal 215-97 17 jewelled movement, 14K gold filled case and case back markings that don't fit the usual pattern.
That said, it is extremely desirable as I've not seen another Polerouter Jet with a black dial. I am almost certain that it is not a redial. The text looks perfect; it's just the black dial surface itself that looks slightly unusual but that may just be ageing.
Condition looks fabulous. I'm not sure whether that crown is original. A Jet would usually have a small signed crown but given that we have a different style case here, I could not be sure either way.
