Hey guys, Need your help in finding info on this Omega pocket watch owned by my colleague's dad, who is a high ranking police official here in the Philippines. The said watch was supposedly owned by the country's first Filipino director of the Philippine Constabulary, Brigadier General Rafael Cramé. From my own research, Crame first became a government official in 1881 and died in 1927. I assume the watch was from that era. He was awarded the American Medal of Valor for helping quash a mutiny in Manila in 1921 and the national headquarters of the Philippine National Police was named after him. I'm not sure if I can get my hands on the watch and have it opened to see more of it. But here are the pics given to me. Based on the dial, hands, etc, would it be from the said era? Any other info on it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
