    Hi All,
    I recently spotted this Uni-compax at a local store. Didn't have time to look at it closely, but going back to look at the wrist shot, I noticed an odd double-print on the seconds subdial (the "45" appears to have been printed twice). Everything else about the watch looked good to me, but I am a newbie, so I'm not sure what's going on. Was hoping OF experts could weigh in.

    It's a redial. The double 45s, the way the minute hashes run into the subdials on both sides, and the stray 15 in the minute recorder subdial...

    Redial. This sort of overlap printing is not OK on UG dials - that's not uniformly true in other brands, but it is in UG AFAIK

    I mean the majority if not 99% of the print looks fine, just those weird deletion of numbers. I think it's good for the most part and retouched @ 45 and 15. Still looks beautiful.

    If you like it and the price is right then buy it...no collector will want this however.
