Looks correct in style and have ”patina/corrosion” in line with a 70 year old watch and the dial condition...but looks a bit short?

looks similar in length to another one I have but the dial is different so more aligned in this case

    thanks

It is always helpful to provide ref and serial# ... more pics the better. Hands seem a bit short, but to say they don’t belong is a bridge too far. Uni and Compur existed together for a bit so parts may have crossed. These hands seem more common to Compur. They don’t bug me as much as the pitted but not unpleasant dial condition does. Font style seems to indicate a very early Uni.

Thanks! I have not yet received a pic with the ref but expecting soon. Serial on inside case is 629xxx. Cal 285.

Agree the watch would be better without the pitting. But I have decided I can live with it - I like the case style a lot. It is a trade where I will swap a few that I never use.

They look short for sure. Bought the watch anyhow and can post some pics later
Hands are same as my compur which has a different dial
