·Question from a newbie to Omega and luxury watches in general. Just got a Peter Blake 2254.50. It is a 2007 piece that came with box and all papers. I just love the look of. Got it from a reputable dealer who acquired it from Japan. Only had it for couple days but am really enjoying it.
Only issue is, that I notice when I run my finger around the bezel I can feel that the crystal is maybe .5 to 1 mm or so above the bezel at 12 whereas it’s flush at 6. The dealer says he didn’t replace the crystal that he believes is the original.
So the question is should I be concerned? The dealer is willing to take it back and have his watchmaker inspect and fix if needed but I don’t know if it’s worth the trouble.
