I've found a beauty on ebay, but not knowing much at all about Ulysse Nardin I was hoping I could get some information from any of the experts here.

For all I know it could be not original, with a wrong movement, and redial. Also, is this a fair price?

Below is a pic, but for more information you can follow this link:

IMO, it's a lot of money for a redial.

It may look to be a nice package, but the box and papers don't make up the value.

Price seems a bit high. An 18k Ulysse Nardin from the same period with an original, double signed dial was passed in auction for €4000... I can share the link if anyone want to have a look?

HAHA - So it does. I didn't read too much into the description as I just happened to stumble across it. Thanks for pointing it out, glad to see a seller being transparent about it and I apolgise for wasting peoples' time!

I agree with the others that the price seems quite high considering it has been redialed. I'm also wary of the crown and pusher being replacement since they seem to be yellow gold whereas the rest of the case is rose/pink gold.

Although, I have to say, whoever did the redial did an excellent job.

Well, just based on the eBay listings I see, they seem to get a lot of redialing practice in Argentina. 🙄

haha at this price I guess I will leave it - although like someone rightly said. Neat little package.
