I don't know the caliber (it is very unusual), but you have a very rare UN centre second chronometer possibly with a stop/chronograph complication.
You should contact UN direct.
PS: It is similar to the centre seconds deck chronometers made during the 1930s/1940s, but they did not have the same centre seconds configuration as yours.
