Ulysse Nardin 5640 - redial?

Picked up this interesting UN recently and got around to pulling the movement to get a closer look at the dial. No "Swiss" or "Swiss Made" at 6 o'clock. Text only logo, but no anchor. That said, the font looks convincing to me. The markers are raised, but I don't think they are applied. The circular dots at the hour markers are either radium or old Tritium. They look pretty uniform. The hands look right based on other photos I've seen online of this reference.

What do you guys think? Older redial?

Watch case looks good, not polished, and the movement is quite clean.
