Does this look okay to you guys? Doesn’t come with box or papers. I’ve been trying to do research on the seller, but couldn’t find much.
My first question would be why no box and papers? These were basically only available to purchase originally from an authorized dealer (sure some were grey-marketed, but they were the complete kit). I suppose if you want just to wear than maybe not a problem. The watch looks fine to my eye
These came with a special box that was also Ultraman themed. With a UV pen that made the Ultraman face on the dial reveal itself. I can’t imagine any legitimate owner just throwing those out.
https://www.chrono24.com/omega/omega-speedy-tuesday-ultraman--id24172600.htm It’s this dealer’s listing.
That listing i think it's authentic..if you find that watch on other website maybe the pictures are stolen..
The value of a recent watch like the Ultraman with no boxes or papers is severely hurt, especially because the box is quite elaborate. I'm always leery of newish, special LE watches that don't have the full kit. $13k is a crazy price for that watch with no B&Ps. Far better options are available closer to home. ^^^
But that listing is by a professional dealer (maybe because the OP can't find any info on the seller)!!! GLWS though. If I had more money...

And why would you "save" $1.5k buying a used limited edition watch that is used, no papers or box, when you can by the complete kit BNIB from a trusted Omega Forum member?
