I sometimes wear mine on a tan nato. I'm still debating on a brown or tan leather nato. I think it compliments nicely with the lume markers.
+1 on the OEM black nato. Almost any black nato would do to highlight the watch and allow the accents of the watch to speak for themselves.
I thought about the bracelet but the buckle it a bit thick (as is the case with most modern bracelets) and the vintage ones would not really suit it. As a side note, I think that a great advantage of the two 50th anniversary pieces is the bracelet which is modern but made as it used to be. Cheers

Wow that looks good. Wasn't expecting a honey leather to go so well but the colour of the leather and the lume are a great match
Looks best on a bracelet, IMHO, either a 1171 replacement that is still available from Omega, or a vintage 1039. I've tried both and keep it on a 1039.
Whenever I see the Ultraman on a vintage bracelet it makes me head straight to the sales section to see what’s available! It looks incredible.
I wore this watch with the orange striped NATO strap since I got it in Feb., I was never a NATO strap lover and have been looking for other alternatives. Yesterday I decided to put on the Omega calfskin strap that comes with the kit just to see how it felt. The quality of this strap is excellent, a nice soft calfskin strap with a rolled edge and just the small orange stiches at the lugs for contrast. Very discrete if you are looking for something along those lines. I had a generic brushed deployant buckle that I used instead of the tang buckle as I like a deployant on a sports watch, and less wear and tear on the strap long term. You say you haven't worn the watch yet, until you do you shouldn't overlook the calfskin strap that came with it, it may be the solution to your problem.
