    it was serviced in 2016 by omega and original parts were returned

    According to what I can remember from different posts on Facebook (old ones, I am not on anymore FB since now about 6 months - yes, I do feel better ^^) he gave this watch to Omega for service, the hand was replaced (with a lot of other parts) and the replaced parts were returned him (showed by the OP in the second pic). He was saying, he knows that his watch doesn't look like an Ultraman with those service parts anymore but he wears it and enjoys it as is. And keeps all the old parts aside. And keeps showing them on FB :)

    Anyway, the whole thing is just about teasing. Facebook. Happy I am not there anymore. ::facepalm1::
