Can anybody recommend a watchmaker in the UK who can work on vintage speedmasters. I have put one in an Omega service business and they just do not understand about using NOS. For example short pushers. They rely 100% on the Omega pack. I tried to explain the difference between HF and CB cases and they just blanked. OK for modern watches but quite clueless on the old ones. They described my 105.012.66 as an automatic at which point I knew I had a problem. There must be somewhere that has the knowledge to do restoration work.
