UK to Introduce VAT Refunds on luxury goods for overseas visitors

I was hoping this would happen with Brexit, but better late than never. I can't drive North (to Belfast from Dublin) to avail of this because of the Northern Ireland protocol; but a €20 flight to London would save me about €1,450 on a new Speedmaster if I was so inclined. Pity I just bought one 😉
