Uh..I just Xpel my clasp and it’s awesome

I’m a damn genius.
So my clasp scratched like nobody business. Well, naturally.
While cleaning my garage, saw a square of Xpel.
(For those who don’t know, xpel is an automotive paint protection application. Basically a large clear adhesive to protect car paints.)
I cut out a tiny piece and carefully applied it to mr two tones, and now I can’t scratch my claps if I try.
Best thing is. You can’t see the Xpel. Here.

Watch already looks heavily polished though. Don't see the advantage at this point in the watch's life.

I’ve done this with my planet ocean clasp. It was pretty much perfect when I installed it, but after a few months, the corners are starting to come up

Gotta heatgun the corner to melt the adhesive, to prevent corner lifts. Or use a hairdryer.
