Counter circles seem off to me so is this a redial?

yes for sure. Also, that serifless font looks wrong to me.

The other thing - how large is that watch? There is no spacer around a cal 2875. Could be pretty small.

Well, listing description says dial untouched. Always a good thing to check here before buying!!

As for size I'm not sure; seller says 33.6mm. That may be true but not sure

That watch should be about 35mm-36mm in diameter, excluding the crown.
