UG Polerouter sub asymmetric case

Hi ,
I would like your opinion about my UG sub.
which crown is correct?
is the second hand correct?
is the bezel correct?

I presume there is no case reference number present on the outside or inside of the case back?

Looks like an 869116/02 to me.

Based on the shape of the crown (I assume it is signed), it looks correct to me - I think the flat crowns were found on the later versions with thinner coloured bezels.

The seconds hand is wrong. The steel seconds hand was much wider and lumed. Alternatively, I think it could have had a red lumed seconds hand.

I think the bezel is correct for this reference although it could be a later replacement. Other watches used a similar bezel.

The crystal has also been replaced. Originals with the loupe are hard to find although I understand that it is now possible to source a modern replacement.

yes the case is 869116-02
I found the bezel and the correct glass (which I still have to insert) from an old UG repairer, so I assume they are correct.
unfortunately the current case is really bad but luckily I have a NOS.
what can you tell me about the "swiss made T 25" sign?
