what is a "normal" ratchet noise for the auto wind on a UG Polerouter?

I had mine serviced last year, and the watch repair expert said that he replaced some parts, including a new axle and oscillating weight. the watch keeps accurate time, but it now makes a noticeable sound when i rotate my wrist naturally in certain directions (specifically, oscillating along the axis of my forearm from 12 to 6). The sound is quite distinct (more like a high-pitched winding/zipping than a clunking) and can be heard clearly when the watch is an arms length away. I contacted the shop that serviced it and was told that a sound is normal; however, I'm still concerned due to the volume of the sound and the lack of it before I sent in for service. Hoping to get a second opinion from another specialist on here.

I had posted about this several months ago but didn't receive an answer (and then forgot about it because I started wearing another watch as my daily timepiece), so now I'm opening a new thread.
