Hello I’ve seen (online) various examples of this dial, some with white hands some with silver hands. I’ve also seen them for sale (here and elsewhere) where some have “tri-compax” over the lower subdial and some are blank (no tri-compax anywhere). Is this accepted? The dial is question is a bluish grey, with white hands and a red sweep hand. Thanks in advance.
Sorry if I wasn't more clear. I actually found the answer to my question in a WTT ad posted here. It seems dials sans the "tri-compax" wording do exist.
Thank you for your thoughts. Do you know of any UG literature, sales slicks, advertisements, catalogs, etc which show the “no tri-compax” variation in their marketing materials? Or otherwise, has the company publicly acknowledged their existence/authenticity? I assume the reasons why a batch of “no tri-compax” was produced are a complete mystery, and left only to speculation? Maybe the dial maker was hung over on this day (silly example, but used as illustration)?
