Anyone had any experience with one of these? Its a monster at 50MM, weighs a ton also. 7750 Movement. Guy wants $2,200.00, seems high.
To me a momentary fashion statement that is already gone, unless you're a Hollywood type and you didn't get the memo.
A used U-boat for $2200? I wouldn't buy 10 of them for that! They're overpriced to start with, and the owners over value them. I rank them a single step above Invicta and just a smidge below Bell & Ross on the "Worst Watch for the Money" list. .... but at least it isn't an Aximum or Jonny Sonbol.
Thanks for the all the input! We offered him $900 mostly for the movement but he balked and walked. As for Aximum, we have bought several of those for scrap and movements. Sold 1 dial off of one for over $500 on eBay!!
