Hey everyone. I am heading to new york from Canada for a week vacation and would like to buy an el primero 38mm chronograph for myself. It looks like there are 3 Ads in NY. 2x tourneau and one cellini. I am wondering what an appropriate discount to negotiate might be as I am not familiar with negotiating on this brand or in the US. Hoping for 30% and wondering if this is realistic? I think the AD get the watches for around 50% of list leaving them 20%?

Depends on model and the AD. You can call and haggle, but don’t tell them your flying in.

I was able to push 25% once and 20% on Limited Edition once ( The CP-2 ) but I still did not buy as they were lower in Grey market.
