Two-tone end links?

Old pic, ignore the watch long replaced, but note that this two-tone bracelet on a gold-cap watch has all-gold end links.

I could have sworn I saw two-tone end links but before I have the gold stripped from the outsides, anyone else remember such a thing?

Ive got 3 two tone BoR bracelets and all came with gold endlinks which I thought was weird at the time but I guess you could always mask the middle of the gold endlinks and polish the gold off the outer edges to make it look like a better fit

That's what I was thinking... my local watchmaker (I have to admit now I have two!) is a wizard at bracelet refinishing. I have an extra set of allegedly NOS #11 endlinks coming from Hong Kong, so I could go either way.

I'd never considered a two-tone bracelet at all until the guy at Omega years ago told me they were very popular accessories for gold-capped watches.

I’ve never seen two tone Omega endlinks. I’ve also had a few of these two tone bracelets and endlinks have always been all-gold.

Related question, did they make a version that had a steel buckle/endlinks?

They made a 2 tone 633 EL for the DD145.022 but I don’t know about BOR style.
