A 2998-2 and a 105.003-64

Both have degraded dials, and an attraction that some wont see.

I'd still like a real rat Speedmaster. Unpolished but rough case, bezel with more chips that paint and a dial approaching illegibility. Just as a beater and it'd need to be cheap. Maybe I should Franken one together....

That's in my thoughts too. I have a spare case, although it's not really rough enough, a Lemania movement and some rubbish hands. I just need a totally knackered dial and bezel, but these have eluded me so far.

I don't know how you can put up with all that damage and degradation.
I'll help you out with a straight trade against a couple of newer Speedy's - and they will even have automatic movements.
