I am selling two lovely chronometres from the 1960's. Both run well and both keep time. They have original dials and crowns. I don't have the proper tool to open the backs, but if there are requests, I can try to twist them off with tape. They are about 34mm in diameter. These are really under-appreciated in the watch world. Both have inscriptions to their previous owners. $900 obo for BOTH, together via Paypal.
Who worked for Alcan Aluminum most likely in Montreal for at least 25 years. Alcan Corporate history here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rio_Tinto_Alcan Very nice watches! gatorcpa
The Chronometer's are definitely scarcer in those 2 models and the Birk's store printing adds to the appeal. GLWTS
MP, Perhaps offer them separately? Maybe a bit higher on each piece? It may help. cheers, Todd p.s. if you do decide to go in that direction I'd be interested in the Centenaire...
So sorry! I am exhausted tonight and thought that you sent a pm....need some rest! and yes,I bought the Centenaire and am eagerly waiting to pick it up. Cheers Todd
