1. While I'm not sure about the polished center links on the bracelet, the adjuster in the clasp is GREAT. I use it several times a day and this makes it easily the most comfortable bracelet I have owned. Why don't all Omegas have this feature? I wish my Speedmaster had come with it. 2. Accuracy. Amazing accuracy. It has lost 2 seconds over the eight days since it arrived. That is not per day, that is the total! And it seems to have stabilized over the last week. I am going to reset it today and remeasure over a longer period now it is in regular use. Quite an amazing timepiece. I'm rather impressed with it as you can probably tell!
Yeah mine looks like all the others :- ) I will try and post some pics but I am not much of a photographer when it comes to watches.
Congratulations on the new piece! Tried one on at the Omega Boutique, it wears more comfortably than my former PO 8500. I have seen that adjustable clasp adapted to a PO bracelet, it is definitely a winner.
This watch is at the top of my list as my next Omega. It would make a great mate to my humble Speedy 3570.50 but at $4000USD for a used one, my Speedy will be lonely for a while. Congratulations Neil! Nice watch.
Stunning watch! Mine doesn't seem to have the accuracy down yet - probably because I wear it inconsistently (about every other day or so, alternating with my SMPc Diver) ... But it's amazing. Congratulations!
I haven't bought a "new" watch in 30+ years...but this is the one new watch Ive nearly broke down and bought several times. #onlyvintage
As much as I love vintage watches and own quite a few, I have wanted this one for some time. Most of the vintage style recreations look crass to me but somehow this one avoids that trap and adds some great modern technologies. I generally rotate watches every few days but so far this one has been on my wrist everyday since it arrived!
