Live in a town where classic vintage watches are not easy to find, but not uncommon either. Stopped in an antique store today and they had a gold plate, Turler Seamaster (manual wind), sea monster back, original strap. Hasn't been serviced. Said they'd take $485. From the collective knowledge here, is that a fair price? My ideal would be a steel, automatic version, but it was really nice, and I like that it was a Turler.

Sorry. I know no pics. The antique dealer didn't seem hop on it. The case was a little scratched, but no show through on the gold. The acrylic was clear but could be replaced. The dial had some shadowing, but I found it to be nice patina on the dial
