ask for Hi-Res pics.
Lugs do look soft but
Might just be bad quality pic and light muting the lugs.
Crown guards look thick and sharp which would be unusual
if polished hard. Worth better pics for confirmation.
Dial and bezel look great

- superdome crystal, movement, caseback say its a 7016 snowflake
- triplock crown does not belong
- hands clearly fake
- bezel probably fake
- dial is too clean for 7016 so suspect
- bracelet not period accurate, if its real
- texture of the case is weird

at this point I suspect it's a total fake
