Hello All, After a lot of looking for a Tudor Snowflake, I finally found one I like, but I would like to change the crystal for one without the cyclops. I have heard about one called T19 super dome from Rolex subs, would that be the best one? We’re these watches always with cyclops or were the domed crystals original as well? Any advice appreciated. Thanks in advance! Best regards, Don
hi there - which snowflake ref have you got? yes the T19 should fit but an original one is super hard to find these days. you can try hunting on ebay or rolex forums, as they do appear from time to time.
Take off the cyclops and it an't the real deal anymore. You're also reducing the functionality of the watch as it really does make the date far more legible. However, if you do commit this heinous act and the crystal you remove is legitimate and in good shape, I will take it off your hands for a fair price (provided its the same model as my 94110).
