Dear members,

Good morning.

I have bought a tudor black bay 54 at an AD in an airport.

After two months the pearl felt.... went to the official tudor dealer in my town and asked to repair the watch which is still under warranty. I was told that they have to send the watch to the factory ( company policy) and will have to wait weeks, months? for the watch to be returned. My first thought was: nope. I can still enjoy the watch without the pearl. I was wrong. It really bother me.
My question is: is there another way to replace the missing pearl without having to send the watch to the factory and wait ?
Thank you for your advices.
Sincerely yours
Marc antoine

If you want it OEM, no.

If you don’t care about OEM, I’m sure you can find an aftermarket pearl or bezel insert online and replace it yourself. But why would you want to do that for a brand new watch.

Thank you for your reply. You are right. I was just being impatient. Will drop it to the official boutique and get it fixed. It is anyway covered by the warranty.
