·Here for sale today I have this gorgeous Tudor Oysterdate 7962. Coming from the mid 60's and known as a 'Big Rose' for obvious reasons.
The steel oyster case is in fantastic shape with a combination of brushed and polished finish. Reference and serial numbers are clearly visible between the lugs. The screwback has clear engravings both inside and out.
The black gloss dial is extremely glossy indeed and with the applied steel markers and big rose really catches the light well.
The Tudor hand winding movement is winding, setting and running very well although has not been serviced in my few years of ownership.
