I present for sale my Tudor Submariner 7928 in what I would honestly estimate as being in good condition. General info: Dial is MkII "Silver writing". Plexiglass is correct (tropic-19) superdome. Bezel and insert are original and the insert has original pip and a fat font insert with a very pleasing dark gray patina tone. The bezel rotates smoothly both ways. Casenumber:505 XXX. Has had a full service and is tested to 3bar water resistance (only to 3bar to not to stress the plexi too much). The good:Case and dial is good looking. Case is fat, lugs have visible bevels and caseback is correct. Crown is correct (Rolex). Hands are original and correct flat type. Bezel is original and insert has a slightly faded dark blue/gray tint to it. The lume is gorgeous, in outstanding condition.. The bad/what you should know: Case has seen some life, so there are some lights scratches and dings on it. The insert has some minor scratches. The dial is not a "perfect" glossy anymore and shows a quite typical patination. Some have described it as "oil slick-patina", "star-patina" or just patina. Some like it , some don't. From what I recall that model has a friction washer under the bezel and not a click spring assembly so I believe your bezel is in fact working as it should. Very nice watch!
