    Hi guys,

I wanted to share with everyone that StockX is running a promotion until 11:59 PM PST today, for the chance to purchase the Tudor 79250 Black Bay Bronze For $369.

Unfortunately for me I lost my unique referral code to get credit for "bonus entries", however I would still like to share the opportunity with everyone on OF for those of you who didn't know. Link is below.

Good luck to everyone that participates. Would love to see this baby go to someone on OF!

So they are giving the watch for $369?
    What’s the catch?

The catch is you turn over your personal information to have a small chance to buy a watch at a very good price. Not worth it to me, but maybe to others.

In my humble opinion, our personal info in 2019 is as public as can be. It's actually very frightening.

I'm not concerned about identity theft, I have my credit frozen with all the credit agencies. This sort of thing gives you more junk mail, spam emails and phone calls, etc.

Don’t forget the recent Citibank hack and of course don’t forget the ones we never hear of. I signed up I wouldn’t even have known about it if it weren’t for the OP. My chances of winning are much greater than my chances of winning lotto I spend 2bucks a week on. I don’t plan on winning but it’s a neat little gimmick they have to build up accounts maybe help with add revenue or maybe you will stick around by a different watch etc

They wanted me to authorize the payment with PayPal or a credit card. I'll pass.

Kinda glad I got scared off.

"StockX's warning of "suspicious activity" appears to have stemmed from a serious data breach. TechCrunch has learned through a black market data seller that a hacker stole 6.8 million records from the shoe trading site in May, including names, email addresses and (thankfully hashed) passwords. The data also included less vital info like shoe sizes, trading currencies and device version profiles."

I used to use this app to buy shoes, no more though after the past few weeks.
