·Thats something new ... so the flat Omega crown could be original for my 145.012, will have to measure the size again.
I really have to say that i am learning quite a lot a the moment regarding Speedys .... thanks for that.
But what about the crown ???? It also didnt fit my 105.003 from 65 or my 165.024 from 67, do i have to assume that
it wasnt made for a Speedy or do both watches have the wrong tubes?
Sometimes the problem has nothing to do with the tube but with the gasket inside the crown or dirt inside the crown that won’t allow the tube to go all the way in the crown.
I have bought lots of original crowns from a guy and many had this problem. At first I started to panic and thought there were different tubes and so on, just to discover that it actually had to do with the gasket and / or dirt.
They are all the same size, narrow feet, naïad, small logo, 32 teeth, 24 teeth...
