This watch belonged to my late father in law. We are not sure how old this watch is, as it may have been given to him as a retirement present, but maybe older? As you can see it's been through the wars a bit. I found this forum as I was trying to work out it age from its serial numbers, but I am unsure which numbers to use, assuming it is a real Omega. One thing I wasn't sure about was the front on the watch does not have any defined lugs.
On the back of the case it has two sets of numbers 1660200 and 3660842. On the movements there is a stamp "1010" and beneath this there is what looks like "41" followed by "853258". Any help would be much appreciated.

Not fake. You already have everything you need to research this yourself. Start by searching on 166.0200. Then try 366.0842 which will be similar but gets more hits.

1010 is the calibre (movement) number
