Gold-filled base and embossed dial are signatures of an entry-level piece. I believe that I see some minor brassing on the edges of the lugs. The movement is of course, high quality, but the low jewel version for US import and I see some wear on the rotor.
If very cheap, it could be appropriate for occasional wear, but I would be cautious about investing much into it. What is the asking price?

Legitimate US cased Omega.
You can just make out the US import code for Omega (OXG) on the balance cock.
Case was made for Norman Morris Corp (US Omega agent at the time) by Jonell Watch Case Company of Long Island, New York.
Serial number dates the movement to about 1963.
