Tropic 145.022 with interesting caseback

Hi guys,

Came across an attractive timepiece that leaves some questions.
EoA says it is May 1970, Movement Nr 2960XXXX, DNN, the caseback "NASA-First watch on the moon", inside stamped 145.022 and below St 71, so not as all the others in the same line, a writing I have never seen before. How does this fit together?

What's your impression guys?

Both caseback and bezel are incorrect for this serial.
